How can I get my money back if I get scammed on Instagram?
Hi Sir/Madam, My Name is Gurucharan, a resident of Bangalore, Karnataka. The reason for asking you this question is, that I recently got married on 22nd October 2023, and for my marriage, I booked a photography service from an Instagram user provider, but one week before my marriage they cancelled the service and said that they will refund the money within a week and they are not picking the calls and blocked my phone number.
Send a legal notice to the photography service provider demanding a refund of your money, If the photography service provider does not respond to your letter within 30 days, you can file a complaint with the consumer court or You can also file a police report against the photography service provider for cheating and dishonestly. for further enquiry contact us on helpline number.
