How can I get my money back when a person is not returning it?
Hi, I am middle class women, i have problem for Recovery of gold and money from person, since from 3yrs more, I am facing issues with that person, he is not returning my amount of 3lakhs and gold of 2 lakhs, he was my friend and he used my credit cards to get his new bike and he used my credit card to withdraw cash, Whenever I am asking to return it, he l keep on giving reason, when I use rough tone and ask him, he just dial to police and create scene that he has not taken anything from me, having humanity I just kept quite for so many years that he l realize and return but he is trying to escape.
