How can I legally recover money from someone?
An acquaintance of mine borrowed 14 lakhs from me in Goa. All the money was transferred online. I am not sure where he resides now (maybe Goa /Mumbai) but his Aadhar card has Mumbai address. I currently live in Idukki, Kerala. Where can the recovery case be filed? Kindly guide me

You can file a recovery case in the district court of the place where the money was borrowed. In your case, the money was borrowed in Goa, so you can file the case in the district court of Goa.
