How can I legally recover my money from someone?
SIR I GAVE A LOAN TO ONE OF MY NEIGHBOUR, FOUR YEARS BACK ON A 6 MONTH AGREEMENT BASICS .STILL SHE DIDNT RETURN ANY MONEY WITH INTREST HOW CAN I PROCEED TO GET MY MONEY BACK SIR PLZ GIVE AN LEGAL ADVICE

If you have given the money and you have the proof then get a legal notice drafted against that person to return the money and if he denies then you can file the recovery suit against that person.
