How can I recover money from a promissory note?
Sir, I have given Rs. 3 lakhs to other person in 2019. Promissory Note has been written from him. But no amount has been received from his side till date. Complete property was sold to the other person in last 6 months more with Register. Now he is not giving my money and I have lots of problems as on date. So please give suitable directions for recover my amount from him.
