How can I recover my money from someone?
Somebody is not returning my money since last two and half years.what is option for loan recovery .total due amount is rs ten thousand rupees.

If the person is not returning the money, then get a legal notice drafted against that person to repay the money and if he denies then you can file recovery suit before the concerned court
