How can I recover my money from someone?
I gave 50000 to a friend which in need to him but he is not returning it back what should I do now I didn't have any bond paper or any paper work

If you are having the proof of the trnasaction and the bond then get a legal notice drafted against that person and if he don't return the moneey then you can file the recovery suit against that person
