How can I recover my money from someone?
A colleague had taken my money in her bad time and promised to return it but she didn't return till now the full amount whenever I ask she tells my family is in bad condition and I don't have money but the foes to bubs , do shopping and spends , what can I do to get my money back , it's been 5 month's now. As she is a girl and working so I fear that if I tell something then POSH might get implemented on me. Kindly let me know what to do. It is not a big amount but the amount I have earned with my hardwork.

If the person is not returning you the money then get a legal notice drafted against that person to repay you the money and if he/she denies then you can file the recovery suit against that person
