How can I recover my money from someone?
A friend of mine borrowed 30000 INR from me last year promising that he will return back in 2 months. It has been a year and he still hasn't transferred the money. Every time I ask him, he keeps telling he'll transfer tomorrow but then nothing happens. I need to know if there is a legal action I can take, especially because I don't have any formal written agreement with him. I only have the proof of the bank transaction where I transferred the money to him last year.
