How can I recover my money from someone who is denying to return?
I have given an amout of almost 1.5 lakh to one of my friend here in Qatar. We both are indians, he is from mumbai. He asked for money for his father treatment but now he is nit returning my money. What are the possibilities to get this money back and what steps to take

If you have the proof that you have given the money to your friend as debt then get a legal notice drafted to pay the amount and hence you can file recovery suit aa per the residence
