How do I defend Section 138 of the NI?

I need help to get representation on a case filed against me under Section 138 NIA for 63,000 Rs. I have an ongoing loan and been paying the EMIs regularly but there was some delay in paying 3 EMIs out of close to 18 EMIs so far. I had multiple issues with the bank and their recovery process which was escalated and notified to Banking authorities. An RBI Ombudsman complaint was also filed to which the Bank apologized and asked me to close the complaint but went to file criminal case against me.

Sir, you need to hire an expert lawyer for representing yourself before the court and In order to avoid violating Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, you must prove in your defense that the cheque was made as a security deposit only rather than to settle a debt or other obligation.
