How long can a debt collector legally pursue old debt in India?
Hi, we have a debt from 2019. The contract is subject to English law. In English law time bar to collect the moneys is 6 years from the cause of action. But Indian law states 3 years. Can we still be able to recover this debt from Indian debtor.
