How to get my money back from a person?
Approx 1 year ago, I gave ₹40,000/- to a person in my relative via Gpay and I have the transaction history and now when I ask him to return my money then he denied for this. What should I do with him, how can i get my money back. I also have his check of ₹15000/- but there is no money in his account so bank do don't accept the check.
