How to recover your money from borrower?
I transferred money to my friend account through net banking but he has not settle down my debt , so how can I recover it ?

You can file complain Under Section 318 of the BNS you can sue them for fraud if they deceived you to get the money. Additionally, you can file a case under Section 316 of BNS for criminal breach of trust. If the court finds the person guilty, they could face imprisonment and be ordered to repay the money.
