Illegal warrent without verification

My Father has a business Red plus Diagnostic centre. In West Bengal, murshidabad , sagardighi We had a employe Safatulla sheikh Working there. He took loan from different banks and finances , did duplicate forgery my fathers documents , identification and took loan. The name of his is there but my father s business name got involved... We had no idea until few days ago letter from high court kolkata. Came by post.. Now another branch from mumbai.. Issued an arrest warrant in my fathers name... Please help me what to do next???? My father tried to do a fir against him in local police station but got rejected because they are telling it's not there case. Consumer forum is telling same thing. Within 2-3 days this happened... Please help me find me a route. ... It's urgent please.
