Money matter
My uncle (father's younger brother)(chacha) deposited a sum of Rs.20 lakhs in my uncle's son's a/c(my mother's elder brother's son). That money is ill-gotten money which he deposited through 5 different persons. He did not directly deposited that money in my chachera bhai's account. I have spent 14 lakhs out of 20 lakhs. Rest 6 lakhs i have. Now, I am not able to repay the amount as I am a Govt. Servant. It will take around 5/6 years for me to repay half of the amount. Now my chacha is forcing my nephew for returning that 20 lakhs. Now, he is filling FIR against my nephew. Police is constantly calling me for returning that money. What shall I do now?

if you have spent the money he can file a suit for recovery of money against you and also he can lodge FIR for cheat and fraud therefore go and consult take a reasonable time to return the balance amount to the person of whose money you have spent.
