Money recovery
I had lent money (10000 rupees) to a girl that I had come in touch on social media for an emergency surgical operation after meeting. However, it has been 3 months and she's not returning the amount and is giving me rude answers and excuses and has now blocked my calls. She's threatening to file fake harassment case if I ask her for my hard earned money. I am helpless as being a male I feel I wont get justice. However, I have all proofs on Whatsapp of our conversation as well as payment done via Google Pay along with her phone number and AADHAR CARD details. Please advise me what can I do. Thank You.

if such situtation arose file a summary suit agiainst that person for the recovery of money and also you can lodge the complaint against her for the offence of cheat and fraud.
