Money Recovery
I have given money to my known person via online bank transfer from my account to his personal saving account. He returned part of the amount but now stopped returning back the money and even not giving the interest also since last 5 months.

if such situation occur with you then you should send a money recovery notice to the person and if the money is not recovered by the notice then file suit for the recovery of money
