Need debt recovery and filing FIR

A real estate broker in ratnagiri to whom i paid 35 laks has defrauded me and not returning my money. i want to file fir and take legal action.

The first  and foremost get a legal notice drafted against that person and send it to the concerned person and if dont give you the reply or the  money you can file a suit against him to know more in detail please call on our helpline number
