My friend borrowed money from to start a business and he said it will be of partnership. He didn't invested anything instead he built that 20%infrastructure on his land and when we ask about the output there is no output. And he don't want to give money back and sent a legal notice to me that iam harrasing him, and he will not give any money to me is mentioned in a legal notice. So can you please tell me how I can get a justice ?
