Products given but amount not received since 1.5 years
Hello sir my question is that i am distributor of products and i supplied the products of worth 10 lakh to a customer now he is not paying my money back, i have cheques given by him what should i do?

Hello sir,
As reading above your facts, the person has given you the cheques in lieu of money and you have been asking to pay the money but he i not paying the money, therefore submit the cheque the in the bank and if the cheque is bounced then send the notice regarding the same for which the person willhave to reply if he dont give reply file the case against him for NI ACT SECTION 138.
