Recovery of loan
I had given 1 lac rs to a friend and now its been 6 month his not given a single penny and just says im trying to repay the loan i don't have money and now its been 4 days he blocked me didn't answer my calls and msgs so what should be the proper thing to do now

Hello sir,
for this kind of issue send a proper legal notice to that person to repay the loan and if he don't give reply to you or don't return the money, then hire a good advocate and also with the help of him file a summary suit against that particular person.
