Want to recover my money

I have transfer 25k rupees to my friend through online mode but he refuse to pay money back after 2 month, what legal action should i take and recover my money ?

Hello sir,

send him the legal notice for the recovery of money,  and if not reutrning the money file the summary suit against that person.
