What are the charges for ECS failed due to insufficient funds?

Case: In Dec 2022, company went for unannounced NACH/ECS and since the account was non-operative for a year (not closed though), therefore NACH/ECS bounced due to insufficient funds and the defendant was served notice at old address (which were not received). Now, we were told to appear at Gurgaon Court in Mumbai on 17th Oct else warrants may be issued. Should we fight?
