What can I do if my gold got auctioned off from a Muthoot gold loan without sending me auction notice?

I have taken gold loan in Muthoot finance, they have auctioned my gold with out sending me an auction notice, they have called me to warn me I was living in a different city due to work at that time, I have screenshots of gold loan accounts and details sent by executive of Muthoot finance total 13 gold loan accounts, can I file case they have auction it in September 2021, We have paid interest for years we have cleared previous gold loans too in the Muthoot finance, we were well known regular customers for years they sold our gold for not paying few months interest just a phone call we have asked them to hold it but they didn’t they have auction it with out sending the notice
