What can I do if someone gives me a cheque and it bounces?
I made a deal on a land and as a tokens money I gave 1 lac rupees to the agent who is authorized by the owner of the land to sale the plot. Later I found there was some dispute in the property hence I cancelled the deal and as per the agreement I asked for the tokens money (1lac). Then the agent of the property gave me a cheque from his own account. But while encashment bank told me that "insufficient balance in the account". Now what can I do in this scenario?
