What can I do if someone is not returning my money?
Hello sir, I given 24k rs to my friend in March 2023 through online app. But still not a single amount is received. Once I said to him that I will register a FIR against you. Then he gave me a blank cheque with signature also accepted on a white paper to return the money in last of September. I also made a video when he was writing for acceptance and returning. this is already 17 Sep But he never returned a single amount. What is the next step to do in this case? Plz guide. Thanks Dipak
You can Deposit the cheque in your bank account. If the cheque bounces, you will receive a memo from the bank. This memo can be used as evidence in court.or you can Send a legal notice to your friend. The legal notice should demand the return of your money within a certain period of time.
