What can I do if someone is not returning my money?
Hello I'm from Kolkata and my friend from Delhi he borrowed money from me online and he said he had financial issue that time and he would return it later but now he's not giving my money back what can I do please do help I got all the proves also with me.
Under Section 318 of the BNS you can sue them for fraud if they deceived you to get the money. Additionally, you can file a case under Section 316 of BNS for criminal breach of trust. If the court finds the person guilty, they could face imprisonment and be ordered to repay the money.
