What can I do if someone is threatening me for borrowed money which I have already paid?
A person gave me some amount that I borrow from him on cheque and we had gave him all the amount in hard cash but after that he died but now his son want that money that his father lend me and also threatening me to make a case in court .Please guide me what could I do ?
