What can I do if someone misuses my cheque?
We have done one agreement for 2,60,000 by giving our land and cheque as security, Cheque belongs to Vijaya bank 2018 blank signed cheque, After 10 months of agreement we made full settlement 5,00,000 Rs and land agreement also cancelled that day cheque not returned and I made payment of 4,00,000 through NEFT and 1,00,000 cash, Now he send legal notice by using old Vijaya bank cheque as cheating and bounce case.
