What can I do if the house owner is not returning advance money?
I have paid an advance of amount 28000/- to owner ,now after vacating he is not giving back my advance amount, saying that i have vacated his house early and showing the whatsapp conversation as evidence that i said this that and all, but i also mentioned that if incase of emergency / travel i will vacate early also . He is ignoring those all. Could you guide me to get the amount back .
If you are having the agreement with the owner and that particular agreement satisfy the clauses as per you side then you can get your money recovered by sending the legal notice to the tennant and if he/she denies then you can further file recovery suit against that person.
