What happens if a cheque is post-dated?
For a loan receipt in 2018 for Rs 10 lac ,a undated cheque was given during 1920 some money was given by proprietor firm. Now he has cheque filled in year 2023 and the case under sec 138 is running. Can the case be dismissed at threshold?
