What is the limitation period for money recovery?
My dad, a merchant, bought diamonds from Party A and sold it to Party B, with all the necessary bills. Party B is not paying the money since almost 2 years now. The amount is around 50L. My question is, how much time does it take for civil court to recover money? What if Party B shows all proofs that they dont have money to repay?

Get a Legal Notice drafted against that person to repay your bill if he denies then you can file the recovery suit against that person and get the money back
