If you are able to repay the money with interest, it is likely that the builder and the client will not file a case against you. However, if you are unable to repay the money, they may still file a case against you.In order to get time to repay the money, you can try to negotiate with the builder and the client. It is important to be honest with the builder and the client and to explain your situation to them. If you are able to convince them that you are sincere and that you are willing to repay the money, they may be willing to give you some time. Contact us for further enquiry.
