What to do if someone doesn't pay back money?
I have given a sum of money to my friend through credit card but now he is not repaying the amount. what can I do in this regard?

You can sent him a legal notice with help of a lawyer and convey him that if he doesn't pay money within prescribed period, than you will take appropriate legal action against him. Contact us for further enquiry.
