What to do If someone Threatening to drop the cheque on bank.
I had given a signed cheque to my father and he borrowed 2.1 lack for 4% interest from a lender. And we had almost paid 4.2 lack as only interest for 2 years. If I don't pay a single month interest also they are threatening that they will drop the cheque on bank.
