Can District Court help me to change my mother's name on my birth certificate?

My mother's name in all educational certificate i.e., 10,12,Graduation is differ from mentioned in my newly made birth certificate (My mother's Aadhar, pan name match in my birth certificate ). I got my passport also on the basis of educational marksheet of mother's name. Now only on birth certificate of mother's name is differ from all of my documents but the problem is birth certificate on name of my mother is her original Aadhar pan name. So I got affidavit with non judicial Rs100 stamp and notarized at subdivision court mentioned that both the person are same attested all documents with mine, dad, mom Aadhar copy. Now I want to change my birth certificate mother's name accordingly my educational marksheet(10th,12th,Graduation), passport but not accordingly her Aadhar ,pan name. Will My district court help me? because it will be easy to amend birth certificate rather than amend passport,10th,12th,College Marksheet
