Can I send a legal notice for delayed bike ownership transfer?
I sold a bike in 2015 and the buyer hasn't transferred the ownership yet. What are the legal options to make him do the transfer? Can I send a legal notice and if still not done, file a performance suit as he had agreed to do the transfer within 12 days of purchase.
