Could the name discrepancy in my graduation mark sheet cause problems?

My mother's and father's names are switched in my graduation mark sheet. When I raised this issue with the admissions officer, I was told that the reason for this is that my mother's name was mentioned as the first name on my class X CBSE certificate, and their protocol is to input the father's name first. The officer also mentioned that it won’t be changed now, and there won’t be any issues due to this discrepancy. I would like to know if any problems may arise because of this, considering that my class X, XII certificates and all my other IDs have the correct names.
