How can we request higher compensation based on current market value?

My grandfather's (aged 75+ years) land has been acquired by KIADB for industries. The notice was given given on april 2017. Till date, we are not awarded any compensation and no proceedings have happened. I've been trying to consult with SLAO, atleast once in every quarter, but all the efforts are in vain. I'm not sure what to do? They are telling that even if they decide, the compensation would be around 30 to 40 lakhs per acre( after 4x according to law) considering the period from 2013 to 2016. But how can they give the 2013 price in the year 2024. The current market value fixed by government itself is 50 lakhs per acre(4x would be 2 crore per acre). I'm also getting a quotes above 2.5 cr from private agencies for our land as it is adjacent to NH4 situated at nelahal village, tumkur district, karnataka taluk. Please help me how do I proceed? Is there any way we can request to quash the order? or any way the compensation be decided based on the current market value?

Sir, you have the right to file a case in court regarding the compensation you have received. Additionally, you can seek a stay order if the government is acquiring land for development purposes. While you cannot deny the acquisition itself, you are entitled to receive reasonable compensation as per the government's official guidelines and circulars.
