How do I stop a jointly owned property sale?

I have purchased a flat on June 2023 from the builder cum power of attorney holder. Actual owners of the land or mother and three daughters all are major. The power of attorney is executed jointly by the four owners through registration. Now the issue is one of the elder daughter alone has cancelled her undivided share that is one by fourth ( 1/4). 3 months after I purchased the flat she has done cancellation so will it have any implications on my purchased property?

Once a sale of property is complete, the buyer is the owner of the property and has the right to possession. The seller cannot unilaterally cancel the sale, even if they have a power of attorney from the other owners. For further legal help Contact us on helpline number.
