Want to modify Plaint in District Court
We have filed a Plaint related to Property in District Court and it is under proceeding since last 5 years. Now we want to modify the plaint to add few more claims and remedy. I need the application format for amending the original Plaint in District Court. Kindly help with the format.

Hello sir,
there is no such provision for the modification of the plaint, under the order 6 rule 17 of the CPC the court has the power to ammend,modfiy the plaint if the court thinks the plaint need any kind of rectification
