submit Notice of Intended Marriage to the Marriage Officer of Pune not later than 30 days from the date of intended marriage with all personal details duly signed by both parties. The Marriage Officer will then publish the notice, allowing any objections to be made within the 30-day period. In case no objections raised, the marriage can be solemnized in the presence of three witnesses at the Marriage Officer's office or at another agreed location. You will have to provide documents. Following the solemnization of a marriage, it should be registered to obtain a marriage certificate. The parties should both be above 21 years of age for males, 18 years of age for females, and must be free to marry.

In Pune, to get married under the Special Marriage Act, the couple needs to file a notice of intended marriage with the Marriage Officer in Pune where the boy resides at least 30 days before the date of marriage. The notice will contain personal details and both parties need to sign the notice. Later, this notice will be published for 30 days for any objections. If no objections would be raised, then the marriage can be solemnized in the presence of three witnesses, either at the Marriage Officer's office or another agreed location. The required documents include proof of age, identity, residence, and passport-sized photographs, along with a nominal fee for the notice and solemnization.
