Aap pehle to Amazon ke customer care per baat karke complaint kariye. Agar koi action nahi liya jata hai to Amazon and seller ko ek legal notice issue kar sakte hain. Agar tab bhi kuch response nahi milta toh Consumer Forum me Complaint file kar sakte hain.
