Bad service from bank
I met SBI manager in November 2020 for MSME loan under standup India, We answered all the questions, he said he would give us loan, then every time we asked about it he delayed saying excuses like bank employees were getting covid, audit, file was getting late in head office, he also said us to wait for phone call for I interview, we met RM there too, nothing happens, manager got transferred, then we got know our file was just lying there 20 months, no one knows about our loan even their F.O, he just threw our file on F.O table without informing him, and went away I am planning to start another start up with my own money, but, I want answer and compensation for wasting my effort, time, throwing me into depression making fun of my dreams Can I file a complaint on them, can I get any compensation

you can seek compensiation only when the loss or damage ocuured to you, these type of case are reporte in consumer court, where damages are compensiated, you can file a RTI to know whether such incident done by the bank amounts to any remedy or not.
