If the case has been settled there must be contract which, would mention the amount that to be paid by the parties as the party paid the amount but, left a huge amount unpaid, therefore this means the terms or the contract must be violated, therefore you have the rights to, file a suit against that person to pay the rest amount which was estimated to be paid during the settlement.
