Builder fails to build case goes to consumer court consumer court gives judgement to reund with intrest builder does not oblige execution filed in same court builder starty paying in instalments now at final instalement builder says first make deed of cancellation of booking and i will pay in DD what about case judgement stampduty regestration fees ,litigation and haressement punishment Please Advice
