Delay in flight
We take off around 7PM from delhi to chennai, in Spicejet SG8103. As the weather conditions are not favorable for landing the flight diverted to Banglore , landed at banglore at 11.18 pm. In banglore we all kept in plane till 3AM, landed in chennai @ 4am. We are feeling like hostage, washroom smelling, when people start discussion with crew @3:15 they provide one juice & cookie. Can we file case as the flight which used to take 3 hours, take 9 hours . & the passengers kept in plane.
You cannot file a case directly against the flight. First, you will have to file a Complaint with the Company i.e. Spice Jet. If no response is received, then issue a Legal Notice to it and after that proceed for filing a complaint with the Consumer Court for deficiency of services.

you can lodge the complain to the authority of that particular flight company for such inconvienience or you can write a complain and tag the company on different social media platform or you can complain to consumer court .
