How should I get my money back from Financer/showroom who committed to fraud of Rs 6549, while buying my two wheeler electric vehicle under FAME -2 subsidy.I was stuck in a situation where delay in paying EMI's causes penalty and lowering my CIBIL Score on one hand and the other hand financer added an auto debit feature to my bank account restricting me to use it for my basic economical needs till the issue get resolved ?
