Financial Cyber Fraud
If a persons phone gets hacked by pressing a suspicious link and he encounters a financial cyber fraud on his credit card, say Rs. 1.8 Lac(exhausing total credit limit) then who is liable to pay for this transaction as per law? It is pertinent to mention here that user does not have shared OTP over any call or portal itself as his phone was hacked and fraudsters itself carried out this transaction by looking OTP through hacking.

For this query get a criminal cyber complaint drafted and send it to the concerned cyber crime office and the person who has committed the fraud had to pay that particular amount
